Clinical features: Halsey (1996): "A nine-month-old, male, Western Grey kangaroo presented with lethargy, anorexia, irritability, and a swollen cloacal region … The joey had produced only several drops of urine in a 10-hour period and the owner had noticed that his penis was becoming progressively swollen and inflamed ... Abdominal palpation revealed a distended, firm, and painful bladder. The penis was swollen, inflamed and painful to touch. A single white urolith was visible in the penile urethra through the mucosa."
